Why we need you:

We are growing company, owned by a longstanding family business, which, manufactures World Class hop products and sells hops to the best Craft brewers in Europe as well as the large multinational brewers. We’ve put together a close-knit team of professionals from the brewing industry and beyond that provide a great service in all areas and now we need an excellent Content Creator to support our Business’s online presence. We have a great team and are looking for someone who wants to work as part of this team and have a passion for our products.

Who We Want:

We’re not looking for somebody who’s simply willing go with the flow. We want somebody who can challenge our thinking and help us develop our quality culture. We want you to have a passion for social media, who can write compelling copy and is confident in using a number of social media channels. You will be able to demonstrate your experience with social media, content production and copy writing.

The Role

A diverse role which will allow you to demonstrate your knowledge and your professionalism. You will be focussing on:

· Developing strong relationships and integration with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product Marketing, Event Marketing, Sales, and our Hop Experts in the German HQ)

· Managing a social media editorial calendar with a focus on Craft in collaboration with the Digital Communication Manager

· Planning and organising production days with internal and external experts

· Acting as the voice across the brand channels, writing copy across community responses as well as for captions on our social posts.

· Assisting with creating artwork on various materials, including website, social media, promotional materials, merchandise etc.

The Skills You’ll Need

Qualifications:

• Videography
• Photograpy
• Adobe creative suits apps (photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom, etc)
• Copy writing
• Social media management
• knowledge of the craft beer industry

· Excellent writing skills that enable you to deliver a message with accuracy, clarity and passion.

· The ability to engage with people effectively in both one-to-one and group situations and know how to build and use your network.

· The ability to plan and organise successfully.

· Knowledge of different communications platforms and how to utilise these to create maximum impact.

· Energy and passion for social media and great copy.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
