Paid Internship: Client Support - 6 Month Placement

Founded in 2011 in Sweden, Barnebys now connects a growing number of over 2,000 Auction Houses with more than 4 million potential buyers every month. We currently have operations in Sweden, USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

We are currently looking for a Client Support Intern to join our London based commercial team. The Commercial Team is responsible for securing and expanding advertising partnerships with leading auction houses around the world and as a Client Support Intern your responsibility will be to liaise with our clients and internal teams to ensure to deliver the best customer experience and ensure that all marketing campaigns are executed correctly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ensuring all client marketing campaigns are live on Barnebys
• Reviewing our clients' upcoming auctions to identify additional marketing opportunities
• Coordinating marketing & editorial bookings between our clients and editorial teams
• Preparing post sales marketing performance reports
• Creating & implementing outbound client engagement campaigns

Who you are:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organise and manage multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to complete tasks consistently with a high attention to detail
• Proficiency with the G-Suite including in-depth knowledge of Docs, Sheets and Slides and a willingness to learn new systems and software
• Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred but not required
• To be able to work from our London (Shoreditch) office at least 3 days per week
• Fluency in at least two languages; English mandatory with German preferred
