Salary: £10.62 per hour

We are hiring for a Drivers Mate to support the driver with handball deliveries, paperwork and driver debrief. If you have a friendly nature and enjoy meeting new people, this might be the role for you!

Your main responsibilities

• Maintain contact with stores and transport customer services regarding expected arrival times or any delays to journey
• Work collaboratively with your driver and maintaining effective working relationships and delivering stock in a safe manner
• Maintain the security and integrity of the vehicle and stock throughout the delivery
• Complete delivery paperwork
• Maintain and build professional customer relationships
• Adhere to health and safety training in line with company policies
• Ensure the company vehicles maintained to their best ability
