Café Assistant (Bao)

Bao is a small shop selling baos (steamed fluffy buns), and we sell milkshakes as well.

We are a small team (and a small shop!) and would provide training and support in your first few shifts.

We are a new shop selling baos (steamed buns) along Shambles. Successful applicants would work independently (training and assistance provided initially).

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Taking orders and serving customers
• Handling cash and balancing the till at the end of the day
• Ensuring shop is tidy and neat
• Checking stock levels

We are a new business and a small and friendly team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary: £7.00-£10.00 per hour

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
