  • Follow and help refine best practices of the delivery team.
  • Configuring integrations and testing the new customer connections.
  • Work with other departments to ensure Bango platform benefits are designed and communicated effectively to customers.
  • Deliver solutions that are robust, incorporate Bangos monitoring requirements, are easily supportable in production, and which meet stringent customer and Bango quality requirements.

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Good understanding of Web APIs (e.g., REST), including testing using tools such as Postman.
  • A strong communicator (verbal and written), participating in and often leading discussions and planning/design sessions (both internally and externally).
  • Proven experience in interpreting third party systems to develop and document integration solutions.
  • Experienced engaging with payment providers to troubleshoot during the integration process and identify ways to streamline and increase efficiency.
  • Customer focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to present in person and via video/phone conferences to global customers, occasionally early morning/late evening as required to meet the demands of global working.
  • Highly diligent, professional outlook, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • You will thrive in a targeted and fast paced environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
  • A thirst for learning and continued professional technical development.
  • Your proactive mindset will afford you a great deal of autonomy in the role.
  • Accountability and Reliability will be key personal values for you.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience in a Software as a Service (SAAS) company.
  • Sound understanding of Cloud architecture principles and platform (e.g. AWS).
  • Experience with cross-border projects across multiple time zones and different business cultures.
  • Understanding of mobile network operator charging APIs and flows.
  • Available for occasional international travel.
