Job description

We are looking for a Part time/ or Full time self employed Site Manager / Project Manager to oversee New Build Residential/ Refurbishments/ Commercial projects ranging from 150k to a 1mln in London and the home counties.

Semi-retired applicants are welcome.

Responsibilities

• You will act as the point of contact for clients
• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage project budget
• Co-ordinate subcontractors and produce programmes
• Fulfil H&S Standards
• Produce project reports

Essential

• Experience in Construction Industry
• IT Literate
• Must be able to travel to job sites and meetings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Salary: From £220.00 per day

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
