Specialist Trainer - HR

At Babington we pride ourselves on the delivery of exceptional training programmes and are looking for a Specialist Trainer to plan and deliver our HR programmes by sharing their expertise and experiences with cohorts of learners. In this role you will be working collaboratively with a Skills Coach to ensure all learner outcomes are achieved as well as providing pastoral support and advice. Create inspirational, immersive, and impactful learning interactions, for our Apprenticeship programmes in line with Babington’s learning journey blueprint, providing a memorable customer experience. Creating and maintaining cohesive and communicative relationships with learners and clients and provide academic and professional pastoral advice, guidance, and support, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment.
