Business Sales Administrator

We are seeking to appoint a confident, well mannered, with a great voice of tone person to join our small team. This is a work from home opportunity with flexible hours to suit the right person. Hours are negotiable so happy to work around school hours. There is no unsociable hours required and all weekends are Free.

Ideal candidates will have a good experience on Microsoft 365, ideally any experience with Hubspot or similar CRM would be a distinct advantage. Must have skills are as follow's :-

• A well Spoken, with clear and precise English - both verbal & Written
• Can demonstrate full skillset on Microsoft 365 primarily Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Knowledge of Hubspot would be a key advantage
• CRM knowledge - Experience that you can demonstrate
• Good Telephone Manner/Voice tone
• Self Motivated and reliable
• All Hardware required Laptop, Printer, provided Free On Loan
• Contribution toward home broadband
• Hours are negotiable but fixed once agreed.

This is supporting business sale enquiries and general day to day client support and care, dealing with their enquiries. There is a lot of telephone work hence the reasoning for a great clear and precise tone of voice. Reporting clients instructions and updating day to day instructions on our Hubspot CRM. Client Care, Support and your own innovation will make you a total success in this role.

Upon satisfactory completion of your probationary period there is a double bonus scheme on offer for those motivated to win and secure new clients following their enquiries.
