We are looking for a Midweight Creative Artworker with 3+ years of experience working in creative production houses with excellent large-format print production knowledge.

The role is split into two main parts; The first part of the role will be creating and processing large-format print artwork. The second part is to assist in the development of the 2D design aspects of window, experience and OOH design projects taking them through from brief to production.

ROLE

You will join a growing studio team, in a creative production agency. You will be working closely with the rest of the Creative Team, Account Directors and the Print Production Team across a mix of retail and event projects.

Day-to-day work will vary from pre-press artwork to designing graphic takeovers of retail stores.

You should have the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions and keeping a keen attention to detail is essential.

The role requires a capable design background, with a solid working knowledge of print and production design.

Adobe Creative Suite should be second nature.

Working knowledge of 3D design is a bonus but is not essential, training opportunities are available as we expand our 3D printing capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the print production team as the Lead Artworker, involving a mix of design and pre-press skillsets.

Focus on the creation of graphic designs and artwork across a range of physical (and some digital) formats.

Taking conceptual designs through to reality, graphic design, mock-ups, artwork, and supporting decks.

Supporting the creative development of the conceptual design with the design of 2D assets.

Deck design and branded content.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Fluent in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

Good understanding of the large-format print and production processes.

Capable of fast preparation of print-ready files from artworks.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with proven ability to manage workflow.

Experience working within a busy agency or production house.

Should have an interest in sustainability & materiality.

LOCATION

Based in the East Leicestershire Office 5 days a week (Burrough on the Hill). You would ideally be located within 50 mile radius of the office.
