Warehouse Team Manager

We have exciting opportunities for Warehouse Team Managers, based at our Speke Distribution Centres.

We have opportunities across various shifts due to growth.

Our Available Shift Patterns:

• Monday – Friday 10pm to 6am
• Monday – Friday 6am -2pm / 2pm – 10pm
• Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 6am-7pm
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Friday, Saturday & Monday 6am-7pm

As a Warehouse Team Manager, you will lead, manage and control your area of responsibility, in line with area specific KPI targets and time constraints. You will provide effective leadership, motivation, training and development to your team and will report to the Warehouse Shift Manager.

What you will be doing:

• Leading, motivating and challenging a team to deliver consistently high results
• Driving consistent performance of KPIs and managing productivity
• Ensuring the safe delivery of stock to store & all admin is maintained to a high standard
• Achieve and maintain pick accuracy levels
• Use space and MHE efficiently ensuring workplace health & safety requirements are met
• Collaborating with peers and superiors to maximize efficiencies and best practice

What we need:

• Management experience in a volume & service driven warehouse operation
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent leadership, team building and motivational skills
• Detail focused with strong organisational skills,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to negotiate and influence
• Energy, flexibility and commitment to succeed in a challenging environment
