Position summary

We are looking for a Digital designer to join our in-house Creative team. The role will suit an experienced and enthusiastic individual wanting to join a like-minded team and develop their skills in a creative healthcare-based environment. We are looking for someone interested in expanding our digital solutions (UX/UI) who also has a general range of other skills such as print or video/animation.

Key responsibilities

Providing creative solutions as part of a client project team for the delivery of digital solutions using wireframing, UI design and prototypes

General internal design support (Creative, Marketing, and Software engineering)

Helping design and develop our own internal software solutions by providing creative and practical ideas as new features are added

Keeping up-to-date with current design trends and technologies

Qualifications

Preferred experience includes:

Ability to manage own workload and projects based on company needs

Experience working with varied and distributed teams, including graphic designers and software engineers

Comfortable engaging directly with both technical and non-technical employees/clients at all levels of the business

Requirements

We are seeking someone with several years commercial experience

Strong portfolio with examples of work

Genuine enthusiasm for design with an excellent attention to detail

Must have a questioning nature with an interest in all forms of digital solutions and behavioural design

Competent in Adobe Creative Suite software

Competent working in the Mac environment and Microsoft 365

UK work authorisation is required
