Composite Manufacturing Operative who enjoys working with their hands, can use hand tools and has an eye for detail is required for a well-established company based in Plymouth, Devon, South West England.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be a strong advantage but not essential.

SALARY: £11.94 per hour Basic Pay (on a 4 day week) + Overtime £16.59 - £21.33 per Hour + Shift Premium + Benefits (see below)

Basic Pay on shift £14.93 per Hour (see below)

Shift Premium: additional £2.99 per Hour for Back Shift / Night Shift and Weekend Shift

Shift Premium: additional £0.94p for Early Shift

LOCATION: Plymouth, Devon, South West England

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

SHIFT PATTERNS RANGE FROM:
Early shift (6.00 - 15.30) Monday – Thursday

Back shift (15.00 - 00.30) Monday – Thursday

Day shift (7.00 - 17.00) Monday – Thursday

Night shift (19.00 - 4.30) Monday – Thursday

Weekend shift (6.00 – 18.00) Friday - Sunday

Working as the Composite Manufacturing Operative you will join a team who identify and carry out a range of laminating repairs to damaged surfaces – Full Training Provided.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Composite Manufacturing Operative will include:

Gel application and Laminating

Mould repairs

Fill, rub, buff and polish damaged GRP moulds

Assembling various components together by hand and or using a variety of hand tools so manual dexterity is required

Ability to listen carefully and take on instructions verbal and written is important
