We have an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Manager to join our successful business within our London office. Ideally you will come from a construction background and or have worked within this discipline supporting large projects that builds trust, confidence & expertise.

Since our founding in 1989, AVK have enjoyed steady and consistent growth, not only in size, but also, our reputation. We are trusted by many of the UK’s largest Blue-Chip companies to design, install and maintain 100% power integrity to guarantee their operations when mains power fails.

We’re always working to meet the changing demands of our diverse range of clients, with the business growing to offer alternative energy solutions to the marketplace, including gas generation, HVO/renewal fuel upgrades and battery storage systems. As a result of our strategic growth, we have ambitious plans and we’re looking for the next generation of talented people to join us on our mission to provide the right kind of power solution for today, while building a better world of energy for tomorrow.

As the suitable candidate you will

  • Have an interest in sustainability and corporate social responsibility issues.
  • You will develop and implement sustainability business strategy plans for our clients, design strategies and deliver programs to increase internal and external stakeholder engagement, awareness, and commitment to sustainability.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between Sustainability knowledge group and clients, prepare briefing material, presentations, and reports for clients.
  • Identify and support opportunities to communicate client case studies externally via various channels and materials,
  • Write and present business content in engaging format.
