Data Scientist – Marketing
Salary: Between: £40,000 - £55,000

This role will sit in our newly formed ‘go to market’ squad focussed on bringing the best of customer insights and data science to help launch innovative customer-facing propositions across a breadth of products. They will partner with marketing and commercial stakeholders to deliver against a value prioritised roadmap.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Educated to degree or post-graduate level, in numerate /programming-oriented subject, or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge through industry experience
  • Have programming experience (essential) with one or more of R, Python, or SQL.
  • Have experience in experiment design & measurement (A/B or Multivariate testing, Causal inference etc.)
  • Comfortable using industry standard metrics & bespoke measures (e.g., LTV, profit, churn etc.) to determine campaign performance
  • Able to communicate complex technical concepts to specialist / non-specialist audiences and demonstrate impact from data science work as well as having a positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach
What you’ll get for this role:
  • Starting salary between £40,000 - £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
