Project Manager

Location: Peterlee (hybrid working)
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: up to £45,000 + Car Allowance

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Business Change team, working together to achieve positive outcomes for change initiatives within Auxillis

This role will take overall responsibility for planning and delivery of allocated projects to clearly defined timescales, quality and cost. You will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders and actively representing the project team to ensure that effective relationships are built and maintained.

You’re resilient, with high levels of personal accountability and a drive to be exceptional – you’re not interested in average (because we’re not either!). You have excellent facilitation and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to manage external vendors.,

About you:

• 5+ Years’ experience in a similar Project Management role within an IT or Business facing environment.
• Excellent working knowledge of planning tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops / TFS, MS Project etc.
• Agile methodology training/experience, such as Certified SCRUM Master (CSM)
• Experience of helping to develop and embed Project or Change methodologies and PMO governance would be an advantage but not essential.
• Experience of balancing multiple projects or changes and prioritising work and resources effectively
