Support Worker/Carer

We are recruiting Support Workers to join our team in Birmingham and Solihull. Aspects Care Ltd support service users with complex Learning difficulties, Challenging behaviour and Mental Health.

We are looking to recruit Support Workers to assist with daily living skills and supporting them to live independently in their community. You will be required to administer medication, complete cleaning and household tasks and provide support to service users through the day when required. You will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is completed in line with CQC and company guidelines.

Staff will need to be fully flexible and willing to cover AL and sickness. Hours may be able to be worked with slightly if you are looking for more or less hours.

Successful applicants are required to provide satisfactory references and complete an enhanced DBS disclosure or provide details for us to complete an update service check against an enhanced DBS certificate (this must be an enhanced application and checked against the Adults Barred list).

Experience with Autism and Mental Health is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided and we will support you through your Health and Social Care qualifications.
