-Pay: £150 per day, £1050 per week worked

-Shift Pattern: 7 days on – 7 days off (One week Live-in on/One week off)

-Free accommodation when on shift

-5.6 weeks holiday (per year)

About our client

Our client is a university student who is studying creative writing at Lincoln University. He lives with Cerebral Palsy, it is his first time away from home therefore he is looking for someone understanding and patient, who can aid him in being as independent as possible. Our client is also in the process of transitioning from female to male, so care and support for him during this time is essential for his well being.

Our client enjoys a wide variety of things including comedy nights, concerts, theatre trips, football games, spoken word events, and board game nights. He also plays powerchair football for Leeds PFC and is in the National Premiership and Regional League!

“It’s important that you are willing to help me and accompany me to social events. I enjoy a wide variety of things including comedy nights, concerts, theatre trips, football games (playing powerchair football and watching games), spoken word events, board game nights etc. I am not a fan of nightclubs or parties and prefer my socialising to be more structured. I need someone who will respect my privacy because sometimes I will want to be alone or with friends.

I suffer from painful muscle spasms which I need help with by moving my legs to a more comfortable position. I am fully able to instruct what is needed and when for this issue”.

-You are able to both follow directions and work off your own initiative. You must be able to keep yourself busy when you are not needed, but be close by and reachable by text/phone call.

No care experience is needed as all training will be given.
