Position Overview & Specifications
This role is a fantastic step into the charitable sector to work for a well-known and trusted charity. With the support of a Digital Communications Lead, you will work with all charity functions to help communicate the work of the charity. You will learn about the many services and departments within the charity and create content for a host of digital platforms to help inform and engage the community. In the longer term, hybrid working is welcome, however for the first three months, you will work in our Hospice in Cambridge and schedule visits to our shops and our Centre in Wisbech to gain a good understanding of the whole organisation and build relationships with colleagues.

To be successful in this role you will have knowledge of how to create, use, develop, monitor and achieve results from digital platforms; experience in creating high quality content for social media channels and experience of image editing software and design programmes such as Canva or Adobe InDesign.
Starting salary for this role will be £22,273 and future opportunities for pay progression to £23,756.
