Settle is a 24/7 site with c120 people producing UHT and Lactose free milk for UK and Export markets. We are searching for somebody who has a forward thinking mindset that will look to continuously improve systems and ways of working along with developing themselves and others around them.

Maintenance and engineering Planner:

Scope

• Prepare planned maintenance work packages incl. labour, spare parts, tools and Control of Work requirements (e.g. permit-to-work, risk assessment, LOTO)
• Schedule planned maintenance and facilitate agreement with operations & planning
• Support coordination of improvement projects in Maintenance & Utilities
• Develop standard work instructions/procedures in Maintenance
• Support optimisation of spare part inventory
• Execute maintenance strategy actions
• Create / change Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) master data
• Perform role of site CMMS super-user (SAP)
• Responsible for site CMMS competence and up-skilling

Educational background/Experience

• You are a motivated team player, who can work on their own initiative
• Relevant skilled Maintenance/Technical/Engineering education
• 3-4 years of technical/maintenance experience.
• Having in depth knowledge and experience with the T.P.M, CMMS specifically S.A.P PM knowledge and Office 365 skills would be highly advantageous
• Knowledge of LEAN principles.
