Hotel Food & Beverage Team Leader

We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Hotel Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our talented team at Chessington World of Adventures Hotel.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something very special at a major UK theme park attracting thousands of guests during peak season. As a Team Leader you will be supporting the management team in the running of the hotel bars and restaurants.

You will have the opportunity to be part of a high energy, fun team who delivers excellent customer service each day to all our guests who are ready to have an amazing action-packed day filled with our delicious and innovative food offering!

This is a flexible role which will involve working some weekends and evenings.

As a Team Leader you will help with the day to day running of the restaurants which amongst other tasks includes:

• Managing staff to improve performance
• Managing reservations
• Helping to open and close the restaurant
• We pride ourselves on customer service. You will be part of a team ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and an enjoyable visit.
• Supporting the team and guests with general queries.
• Ensuring all health & safety policies are being adhered to

The ideal candidate

• Experience and a good understanding of the hospitality industry
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• You should be focused, well organised and comfortable in a busy environment
• A team player who can lead by example with a desire to work as an active member of the team.
• Friendly and approachable
