Chef de Partie - Pastry

Are you currently working as a Chef de Partie but getting tired of the long hours, late night and early starts. I am currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our dedicated team at our client’s site in London EC3M. You will be joining a great team and will be working in a highly desirable location.

The ingredients for success

The role is varied, but you must have a strength in pastry, and you will be preparing Breakfast and lunch treats for the customer’s site. This role is Monday to Friday, no weekends, no sill late nights. You will be full time permanent and you will be contracted to 40 hours per week.

You will be working Monday to Friday (yes weekends off!!!). Your shift times are going to be approximately 0700 starts with a 1600.The annual salary will be £29,000, and you will be working a contracted 40-hour week. What you'll be doing

• To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to standard
• Your niche will be pastry and we expect your strengths to be in this area
• Working on either Breakfast service or dinner service
• Deliver first class food throughout service

Qualifications and experience needed

• Relevant culinary qualification
• 1-2 years’ experience in a Professional kitchen.
• Experience in industrial catering.
• A passion for food and service
• Flexible approach to hours and duties
• Due to the nature of the site a full enhance DBS check will be needed
