Apricot is a brand-new eatery opening May 2023, looking to build an enthusiastic, customer focused and all-round amazing team.

A beautiful blend of breakfast & lunch, brunch, will be served all day! From classic egg dishes, pancakes & smoothie bowls to loaded flatbreads, cocktails, coffees & more. Of course, we are keeping it local, sustainable & vegan/veggie friendly.

Apricot boasts a casual, modern, bright look with beachy vibes. A place where you can eat in, take out, stay all day & come back for evening drinks.

This is a great opportunity for a Breakfast Chef to join this vibrant place and cook some really good dishes.

Working with completely fresh produce, the Breakfast Chef will be a key member of the kitchen team.

I am seeking a strong Breakfast Chef to work closely with the Head Chef and Sous chefs in a fast paced, fresh food establishment working 5 days per week between 7am - 5pm.

Job Types: Full-time/ Part-time, Permanent

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
• Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
• Recording food temperatures

· Holiday entitlement – 28 days per year inclusive of bank holidays (pro-rata). The holiday year runs from January to December. This will rise by one additional day for each year of service. Capped at an extra 5 days (33 days in total)
