SMS Chat Agent. (Part Time)

All Points North Publications Ltd are looking for a creative and open-minded individual to join our team as an SMS Chat Agent working primarily weekends and evenings. This position is ideal for students or people who want to earn a little bit more.

Main duties will include:

• responding to inbound messages;
• moderating inbound traffic;
• taking customer service calls for our range of services;
• taking credit/debit card payments;
• ensuring that the services are compliant with regulatory standards.

Hours are on a rotating shift basis:

Week 1 - 7am to 3pm Sat & Sun
Week 2 - 3pm to 11pm Sat & Sun
Week 3 - 11pm to 7am Fri & Sat

No experience is necessary as full training will be given, applicants must have an above average typing speed, which you will be required to prove by means of a speed typing test to progress your application.

Training must be completed during 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, once training is complete you will have the freedom to work from home if you wish.
