SMS Chat Agent. (Nights Part Time)

All Points North Publications Ltd are looking for a creative and open-minded individual to join our team as an SMS Chat Agent working primarily weekend nights. This position is ideal for students or people who want to earn a little bit more.

Main duties will include:

• responding to inbound messages;
• moderating inbound traffic;
• taking customer service calls for our range of services;
• taking credit/debit card payments;
• ensuring that the services are compliant with regulatory standards.

Hours are 11pm to 7am Every Friday & Saturday.

No experience is necessary as full training will be given, applicants must have an above average typing speed, which you will be required to prove by means of a speed typing test to progress your application.

Training must be completed during 9am to 5pm Monday to Sunday, once training is completed you will be working 11pm to 7am every Friday and Saturday.
