Location - Cardiff
Anzuk Education is seeking a motivated and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with pupils who require additional learning support. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education to pupils with a range of learning difficulties. Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to pupils with additional learning needs
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons that are tailored to the individual needs of each pupil
- Help to create a safe and stimulating learning environment for all pupils
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
- Support the classroom teacher in maintaining accurate records of pupil progress
- Attend training and meetings as required
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Experience working with children with additional learning needs in a primary school setting
- Enhanced DBS certificate or happy to apply for one through us
- Right to Work in the UK
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient and compassionate approach to working with children
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
