Salary: Full time role. Remuneration £27,000 - £35,000 pro-rata, depending on experience.

Role of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

This exciting role will be based at Anston Physiotherapy Ltd in our Coventry and West Midland sites where you will assist the company in providing leading physiotherapy services to a caseload of private and medico-legal patients. We are looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious physiotherapist on a either a part-time or full-time basis to maintain a clinical (musculoskeletal) caseload and to provide high quality patient care through the use of evidence based treatment techniques.

This exciting opportunity will best suit an individual who wants to commence or progress their physiotherapy career in a musculoskeletal setting at a growing company who places a high emphasis on the training and development of its staff.

The role Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist involves:

Formulating and delivering evidence-based individual physiotherapy treatment programmes. Taking an active part in the company’s in-house CPD programme and attending external courses funded by the company where identified by the clinical mentor in a Personal Development Plan. Communicating highly sensitive, complex information and being responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records in line with CSP standards of practice. Liaising with our administrative and back office team. Taking responsibility for managing clinical risk within own patient caseload. To complete professional reports for employers and insurance companies, regarding medico-legal matters and/or functional capacity. Undertaking all other tasks reasonably expected of a chartered physiotherapist working in private practice

Required experience:

MSK experience a bonus, but will accept applications from new graduates wishing to commence a career in the private MSK field considering the in-depth training that the post encompasses.
