Another Mother is the new kid on the block already making waves in the industry. Having started only 12 months ago we have seen our talent work for the likes of Burberry, adidas, Stella McCarney, Dunhill, K Swiss, Selfridges, Mr Porter, Louis Vuitton and many many more.

Having initially stated as a mother agency we are now looking to expand into full time management of our talent, we are looking for an experienced model booker to manage our new faces as well as play an integral part in developing the agency in this early stage.

Another Mother is own by the same management as Rich London, a leading global creative and communication agency servicing a host of well-known fashion brands globally.

We are looking for a model booker with a minimum of 2 years’ model agency experience, someone who is highly driven, entrepreneurial, good at multi-tasking and keen to get stuck in

We are also open for discussion about flexible working both offices based and remote as well as part- and full-time hours. Really, we are mostly looking for our perfect fit person and can be adaptable.

and have our eyes out for people that want to help build a new kind of agency, make impact and be a real part of the story

Scope of the role

Responsible for the overall management of existing and new models and clients

Contact and intro Another Mother to all new clients and contacts

Help to develop and build our new board

Increase revenue and make the agency profitable

Ambassador for agency

Help to create workshops, panel events, networking and test shoots

General support for the agencies director and flexible approach to working and tasks

Responsibilities include but not limited to

Looking after the welfare of our talent with regular communication

create progressive relationships with new and existing clients

Manage and develop the new faces board

Help place established model abroad

Strategically plan growth and direction for the board

Booking and organising jobs between the model and client

Pro-actively scout for new models

keeping model profiles up to date

Organising and sourcing test shoots

Key involvement in agency events

Help to create and introduce new systems into the agency

Good admin and record keeping

Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines and targets

2 years relevant experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Part-time hours: 32 - 40 per week

Salary: £21,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
