Position Overview & Specifications
Making payments
Updating all the payments and receipts onto SAGE
Processing suppliers’ invoices
Filing all the invoices onto relevant files
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Processing customers invoices
Preparing debtor statements and sending them
Processing credit card statements
Helping with the preparation of the management accounts (Excel)
Preparing monthly sales reports
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £12.00 per hour
