NPD Coordinator

Andros is an industrial, family-owned company based in south west France with a turnover of over 2.5 billion Euros. It is a leading European fruit transformation and chilled dairy producer manufacturing the internationally famous brand Bonne Maman, as well as many private label products.

Bonne Maman has seen significant success in the UK over recent years becoming brand leader of the jam category in 2013 and is now a major player in chilled desserts and yogurt. Bonne Maman is known for its simple, great quality, natural products evoking a homely welcoming and trustworthy brand.

To support this growth we are now seeking a NPD Coordinator, that will support the development and optimisation of the Company’s product range.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Ensuring that all projects are reaching completion smoothly you will be the main point of contact from brief to launch, ensuring that good communication is maintained between internal and external parties for the Ambient and discounter projects.

• Be the customers main point of contact for tender, and requests. Populate information to provide accurate replies in a timely manner.
• Manage end to end packaging development with the right process and legal checks through to sign off either for development projects and design or legal updates.
• Organise samples with the Belgian team accordingly to customer requests..
• Support the Brand Team with the project coordination, managing timelines, forms and ensuring all forms are filled in due time and shared with the relevant people.
• Capturing market data and publishing a weekly summary
• Visiting store and capturing changes
• Organising periodical tasting

Candidate Experience

• Prioritisation and handling complexity: capacity and capability to lead and deliver multiple projects in parallel.
• Detailed focus
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Hands on attitude.
• Ability to work unsupervised and achieve results within tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per year
