As a OneDrive/SharePoint Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and administering our enterprise M365 environment, as well as supporting our global user base in leveraging the tools for their dynamic needs.

How will you make an impact in this role?

• Providing SharePoint support and end-user training
• Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss
• Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data
• Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences
• Partnering with peer teams to maintain network infrastructure, as well as supporting encryption, security zones, and firewalls
• Keeping up to date with Microsoft roadmaps and impacts to our global user base
• Performing migrations from legacy content management solutions such as NAS shares

Minimum Qualifications:

• University Degree in information technology, computer science, or similar
• Proven experience as a OneDrive/SharePoint Infrastructure Engineer
• Knowledge of M365 admin and reporting center
• Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of scripting tools such as PowerShell
