Ambition Community Healthcare are a Leading provider of Complex Healthcare across Norfolk and Suffolk.
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our current team of Support Workers.

We are looking to appoint a salaried Healthcare assistant to work across a number of our care packages across Norwich and the surrounding areas.
You will be trained in multiple complex care interventions to be able to deliver high level care to our clients in the community.

What will the role entail?
- Working across numerous complex packages of care to cover holiday, sickness, staff shortages.
- Must be available to work up to 5 days each week with two protected days off and every other weekend off.
- You will be fully trained in all interventions required for all of our packages of care.
- Willingness to travel across Norfolk and Suffolk (mileage will be paid over a certain distance)
- Willingness to work day and night shifts and up to 12 hours at a time as well as shorter day shifts to meet the needs of the business.
- Assist with the mobilisation of new packages and assisting with shadowing of new Support workers.
- Will need to be able to travel up to 40 miles outside Norwich if required.
- Willingness to work alternating weekends
- Willingness to work with Adults and Paediatrics
Duties would include but not limited to:
- Tracheostomy management
- Spinal injury management
- Ventilation management
- Medication management
- Enteral feeding management
- Seizure management
