Software Developer In Test Role:


We are working for a high-profile client, analysing their existing processes, identifying and implementing opportunities to optimise these processes, and developing solutions to deliver service improvements to them.


  • Will need to have ability to lead
  • Engineering staff will be expected to adopt BDD and TDD principles.
  • Test Engineers will be comfortable working with a microservice based architecture in Java and Node.js which is broadly adherent to 12 factor app principles.
  • Test Engineers will be able to operate independently but will also be team players, working according to squad workflows, adhering to definitions of done, branching strategies, ticket refinement, documentation and peer review processes

We are seeking a talented individual to work in our Quality Engineering team as an SDET, working as part of the Quality Engineering Chapter. We would like someone who gets a thrill from working with a talented bunch of Quality Engineers and Developers to help us deliver Quality functionality to our customers and support and develop our existing products

Software Developer In Test Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to build constructive working relationships with colleagues and other teams within Pipeline
  • Ability to self-manage time and workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven structured IT testing experience
  • Hands-on with automated testing tools and techniques
  • Build REST APIs automation from scratch across varying levels of architecture (with a key focus on automation).
  • Hands-on programming and trouble-shooting skills for Automation, Instrumentation and IT systems
  • Implementation of automated testing solutions with Selenium, SoapUI, Postman, Newman, LoadRunner
  • Scripting using programming language - Java, C#, PowerShell, JavaScript, Node js, Groovy, etc.
  • Solid understanding on SQLs
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecyle process including Agile and Waterfall
  • Be aware of GDPR and security requirements.
