Quality Controller - Days - Peterborough

About The Role

• Inspecting & assessing incoming raw material according to the intake procedures and document / report all findings
• Send supplier reports within the agreed time scales
• Identify ways to reduce claims from supply base & follow up on corrective action
• Undertake audits to improve site protocols & standards

About You

• Previous experience working within a Quality Control/ Inspection role ideally but we offer training!
• Experience of working within the Fresh Produce industry is highly desirable
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Good accuracy and attention to detail
• Good all round communication skills
• We have a very experienced team within in our Quality department. To be considered you must be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills and strong problem-solving ability.
