Patient Advisor

Allure Weightloss has established itself as a leader in the field of Medical Weightloss solutions including Gastric Balloons and Bariatric Surgery, with clinics throughout the UK. We are committed to continually improving and refining our services, while researching the latest advances and innovations in the Medical Weightloss arena.

We are looking for an exceptional Patient Advisor to work full time remotely. Within this role you'll be communicating on a daily basis with Patients, Nurses, Administrators, Bariatric Surgeons and Doctors. Excellent diary planning and remote working discipline are essential for this role.

As a Patient Advisor you will be responsible for:

· Conducting the initial consultation with patients ensuring clients are appropriately informed before referring them to a surgeon

· Working closely with surgeons and our nursing team to ensure patients are safe in preparation for procedures

· Creating a transparent consultation for all patients and act as the single point of contact throughout their journey with us

·Ensuring all patients questions and concerns be it medical, financial or logistical are addressed before and after booking.

· Represent Allure Weightloss as the company of choice for Bariatric Surgery and Gastric Balloons.

The ideal candidate will be:

· A real people person capable of building great rapport quickly with patients

· A strong communicator - both verbal and written

·Have a positive, can do attitude with exceptional service skills

· Experienced in private healthcare roles or have experience of conducting consultations.

· Be flexible - our patients like to speak to us when it suits them so you must be prepared to work some weekends and evenings.

The candidate must have a high level of knowledge with modern CRM systems and must be highly proficient with Microsoft Windows and office applications.
