A day in the life of…

As a Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/out process for all. Ensure the Front Office Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments. Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation. Experience isn’t essential as training will be given, but knowledge of customer service would be preferred.

We are looking for a Part-time Receptionist (24 hours per week) Based in the Novotel Leicester you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

Novotel Leicester has 154 bedrooms which are comfortable and considerate, with family options available with an extra sofa bed. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, Google Chrome Cast and luxury toiletries. The hotel has a dedicated floor for meetings, with 4 fully-equipped, flexible spaces to accommodate up to 140 delegates. The Presidential Suite boasts a private dining area and lounge with panoramic views over the city.
