A day in the life of…

As Procurement Assistant you will provide support to the procurement team by performing admin duties and helping collate data and Drive compliance for Aimbridge procurement processes and policies. Acting as a liaison between supply chain partners and hotels, supporting them in day-to-day queries and resolving any issues. A key part of this role is to drive the continual improvement of Interstate’s procurement efficiency.

You will be part of a small (but mighty!) family of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. That’s why, as well as our flexible working policy, we also have regular kick back beers, morning tea breaks and dedicated team nights out throughout the year.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role you will be organised, diligent, and skilled at managing multiple competing priorities as well as resourceful, able to use initiative, solve problems and find solutions. You will also be required to travel throughout the UK.

Ideally you will already have working knowledge in hospitality and hotel knowledge is preferable but not essential and you will be proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
