What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Lounge Manager, you can expect your working day to include (but not limited to) the following:

• Make guests feel comfortable and enhance guest experience
• Anticipate guests needs and exceed their expectations
• Deliver food & beverages and Shisha equipment from kitchen, bar and Shisha room to guests in a timely matter
• Work in the day-to-day operations of the Lounge & restaurant to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards and aiming at satisfying and exceeding our guest’s expectations
• Taking, preparing, and serving orders varying from soft drinks, cocktails to coffees to Shisha
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to our standards
• Making sure that all serving & FOH equipment are clean, well maintained and meet all hygiene, health and safety regulations paying special attention to possible health hazards and code violations
• Maintain cleanliness of the fridges, dishes and overall bar and restaurant furniture
• Act like the ‘Host’ of the Lounge and follow the Company procedures

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary is negotiable dependant on experience
• Flexible working arrangements

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

Salary: £9.50-£9.75 per hour
