Aesthetic Search has an exciting opportunity for an Aesthetic Therapist / Skincare Professional / Therapist to join the team at a thriving skin clinic in Sutton Coldfield (on the border of Birmingham). You will be inheriting an established client base for treatments and continue to manage clients skincare journey if desired.

In 2021 & 2022 the clinic became 1st in the region for Obagi Medical skin care sales and 2nd in sales for the UK for IIAA. Aesthetic Search is seeking a like-minded, caring professional candidate to fit in with their

The clinic starts their customers journeys with our new Observ 520x skin analysis to support clients through their skin transformations step by step, this creates the best job satisfaction you could wish for.

Essential Requirements:

You will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role and have:

• Worked in a clinic: 6 months (required)
• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (required)
• Experience working with lasers, micro needling etc
• Passionate about skin and offer a 5-star client experience!
• Have an obsession in skincare & ongoing training
• Professional & positive attitude

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver 5-star customer services and fulfil all client requests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction & safety
• Perform Observ Skin Analysis and help with social media enquiries when required
• Advise clients on suitable treatments and products offered within the clinic
• Ability to up-sell by introducing clients to additional and advanced treatments
• Have a good knowledge and interest about skin and skincare
• Handle cash & take card payments
• Ability to achieve sales targets for services and retail
• Embrace change and have a natural interest in continual professional development, refresher training and new equipment in the industry

Salary/Package:

• Hourly Rate DOE
