Station Assistants

Adecco are seeking Station Assistants at Oxford and Didcot train Stations to help guide passengers with Bus replacements whilst the engineering works take place on the train-lines. As the first or last point of contact on a customer's journey, you'll be assisting the customers in the station with queries and offering assistance as when required at Oxford train station.

You will be providing travel information to members of the general public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, helping them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care

You will be involved in....

• Meeting and greeting our customers as they enter and leave our station
• Supporting customers needing assistance
• Ensuring the safety of the station environment
• Assisting passengers onto bus replacements
• Providing a friendly and personable service
• Pay rate: £15.91
• Shifts:0700-1500, 1000-1800, 1600-0000
• Contract: 4 - 8 weeks.
