12 month FTC (Maternity Cover) via Adecco
Based in King's Cross, London
Start Date: June 2023
Hours: 8.45am -5.00pm (must be flexible)
£45,000 - £50,000 (weekly pay)
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, motivated and passionate Executive Assistant to work at the Nike UK head office based in Central London where you will provide high level support to the UK General Manager and Senior Director of Sports Marketing
What you will work on
As an Executive Assistant, you will perform a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Complex calendar and expense management
- Provide support for meetings and travel for the General Manager and the Senior Director
- Coordination of weekly Leadership Team meetings and Sports Marketing Team Meeting
- Coordination of Leadership Team and quarterly Sports Marketing off-site meetings/events
- Organise, coordinate and supervise the logistics for Global and EMEA Visits
- Manage and coordinate internal and external correspondence
- Be visible on the floor as main contact person for your manager, your team and others
- Participate in projects - identify, evaluate and make recommendations to improve work processes
- Control/ track department budgets as well as Purchase Order management
- Coordination and preparation of presentations/overviews/weekly reports
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Courteous, friendly and tactful
- A pro-active and structured team player in a fast-moving environment
- Responds positively to change, ambiguity, adversity and pressure
- Flexible, resourceful and strategic multi-tasker
- Able to navigate matrix structure considering some time zone differences etc
- Works individually and accepts accountability for results
- Analytical eye for detail
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Good empathy and people skills
- Embody Nike's maxims, always maintaining high ethical standards and leading by example
- Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Must be comfortable using an Apple Mac, including Keynote
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Must be able to travel for off-sites and meetings
