Position Overview & Specifications

We are looking for a smart, driven Product Support Analyst to join our expanding Client Success/Product Support

team. You will work with our growing, international client base (UK/Europe) to help them to improve their

businesses. You will build your experience in SQL, PowerBI, and basic coding to help troubleshoot App/code errors,

drive product quality, manage financial data integrity, and manage client communication and expectations. This will

result in you contributing to high Client/App Happiness Metrics.

You will be
  • Working with leading FMCG multinationals across multiple industries e.g. alcohol, soft drinks,

pharmaceuticals

  • Solving App problems through slick delivery of 1st line and 2nd line support
  • Contributing to high Client/App Happiness metrics through meeting all estimated time of delivery and

Service-level agreements (SLAs)

  • Triaging tickets to ensure client issues are resolved quickly
  • Monitoring integration, extended platform, and core app and raising issues to relevant teams
  • Improving financial data integrity by carrying out data quality checks

About You
We need someone who can show us that they have a passion for making a difference and having an impact from the

word go. This is an entry-level role with a preferred degree in IT or Science, Technology, Engineering, and

Mathematics (STEM) related subjects. You’ll be comfortable manipulating large data sets, be able to highlight

issues/errors internally and to the client. You’ll be willing to offer help, listen actively, and communicate with clients

effectively. You’ll love to problem solve and be able to juggle competing priorities to work to deadlines. Finally, you

will enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, in a role with lots of variation.
