Accomodation Cleaner

We are looking to expand our existing team of housekeepers to continue to provide high quality cleaning for accommodation within the Woodford Bridge resort, this includes guest hotel rooms, apartments and houses.

We are able to offer both full and part time hours on a permanent basis, all year round or this can be seasonal if suits. The working day is usually between 10am and 4pm although a longer day may be available. Working days and hours will be agreed with the housekeeping manager at interview but we aim to meet individual flexible working needs where we can. Our main change over days are Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's, with the opportunity to pick up some more shifts mid week.

Housekeeping members are an integral part of the changeover day and you are valued as such. We ask that you turn up in the morning enthusiastic for the day ahead and prepared to work hard in what is a physical role in a fast paced environment.
Depending on the needs of the housekeeping team on the day you may be asked to clean individually or to work as part of a team, whichever is required. Our standards are high and an attention to detail is essential.

Main duties on the day will include-

Stripping and making beds, polishing and hoovering, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens and mopping. All equipment is provided. Previous Housekeeping experience would be brilliant but not essential as full training is always provided. For the right person there is always the opportunity to progress to become a checker or supervisor.

Whilst on the site we ask that you conduct yourself in a professional manner as you will be walking between accommodations in view of guests and resort staff. Uniform is provided.
The resort is on the number 85 bus route with buses running regularly daily. We may also be able to provide transport to and from work locally so please do not be put off by the resorts location.
