Abbotsford Care are currently recruiting day and night shift Care Assistants to join their team at Headwell House, Dunfermline where we have both full and part time opportunities available. Our full time contracts guarantee on average 40.25 hours per week and the working hours are 8 pm - 8 am working across varying shift patterns - this will be discussed further during the interview process. We also have opportunities for part time contracts working on average 23 hours per week (8 pm - 8 am).

Our team of Care Assistants work together on delivering a high standard of personal care and provide daily support to our residents to enable them to lead as independent a life as possible offering them dignity, self-respect and privacy at all times.

Abbotsford Care are an accredited SVQ employer and within our internal training department, our trainers will work with you to obtain professional training and development qualifications such as SVQ's in Health & Social Care at level's 2, 3, 4 as well as managerial qualifications. Any additional hours will be paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half (1.5x). Starting rates of enhanced pay are currently £15.75.
