We are currently hiring for a full time Front of House Manager at our Somercotes depot. You will be leading a key team within the depot, where you will take ownership to ensure your team process orders for customers in an effective and efficient manner. You will ensure the department is running smoothly, whilst providing great customer service in everything you do.

To be a Front of House Manager, you should be:

· A customer service champion, great with customers and aware of their needs

· Able to support and guide a team whilst being a team player

· Comfortable using computerised tills and barcode scanners, full training will be provided

· Able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels

· Keen to learn and develop your skills

Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:

· Managing a team of checkout operators and supervisors including managing staffing rota

· Employee training

· Working with General Manager and Supply Chain Managers in the day to day running of the depot

· Processing customer orders through the checkout

· Supervising the checkout area and team members

· Overseeing the Reception area

· Handling customer queries

· General housekeeping

This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week, and as we are a 7-day operation, some weekend working may be required.
