Trainee Recruitment Consultant - 1st year OTE £40k - £60k

What will you be doing upon joining us?

You will enrol onto our training workshops where you will learn how the full 360 sales process, starting with candidates first and then moving onto client work when you're ready. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for identifying potential clients to work with, building and maintaining relationships with the hiring managers, negotiating terms, taking detailed job descriptions and then headhunting Tech professionals for your clients open vacancies.

What does it take to be a great Recruiter?

We're open to speaking to people who have experience in a range of different backgrounds, including recent graduates. Recruitment is ultimately a sales role, so you need to be able to display great communication skills, and that you're motivated to work hard, progress & ultimately gain financial freedom.

What can you look forward to?

• Great earning potential. Realistic first year OTE of £40k-£60k, second year £60k - £80k, third year £100k+
