Trainee Recruitment Consultant - OTE £40K - £55K

We're looking to expand our existing Legal team and have an opportunity for an ambitious individual to join us as an Associate Recruitment Consultant!

94 LEGAL are a specialist search firm focussed on headhunting Legal professionals across both the EMEA & US. We're an organisation created purely by investing into and empowering young, ambitious talent. All of our Associate Recruitment Consultants start with us without any previous recruitment experience and develop their careers with us through our tailored training academy.

As part of 94 GROUP we have two sister brands; 94 TECH & 94 TAX all based in our flagship office in the City of London.

Over the next 3 years we will be scaling the business from 55 to 250+ heads whilst opening our first international office in New York this summer!

What will you be doing?

You will learn how to identify and build relationships with potential clients in the Legal space and headhunt the very best Associates on the market for their live vacancies. You will learn how to negotiate terms, take detailed job descriptions and add value to your clients hiring process by sharing market knowledge with them. You'll spend your first 6 months headhunting candidates before transitioning onto the client side, this is to ensure you have enough market knowledge and can add value to the clients hiring process when you start doing business development.

What are we looking for?

• Degree educated (Preferred but not essential)
• OR if you don't have a degree, then we're looking for a minimum of 18 months experience in a sales/ target driven based role.

Recruitment is a sales role, so you must be naturally driven, organised and have great communication skills.
