Beforehand please notice that you don’t have to worry if you don’t tick all the boxes, we provide excellent training, so the desire to learn is of key importance. It would be great if you have the following skills:

• Previous experience as a Support Consultant or a similar role in the ERP industry;
• Ideally, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business processes;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients;
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team;
• Flexibility to travel to client sites as required.
