Digital Marketing Apprentice - Technology Firm

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to get into a vibrant and dynamic marketing career. The successful candidate will work alongside 2 amazing brands to help build and develop their inbound and outbound marketing strategy, including content creation, website design, social media, display advertising and email marketing.

We are looking for a hardworking, organised individual who is flexible and willing to learn. You will be required to work full time (8:30 - 5:30, Mon – Fri) for the duration of your apprenticeship at our office in Shenfield, but flexible working can be arranged for the right candidate. If your apprenticeship is successful, you will be offered a full time role.

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility of the company.
• Manage campaigns across all digital channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO) and email marketing.
• Work with internal and external teams to coordinate marketing materials and assets.
• Analyze data from existing campaigns and use findings to develop more effective strategies.
• Coordinate and execute promotional events.
• Support customer service inquiries, providing helpful responses in a timely manner.
• Develop content for campaigns and create materials, including graphics, videos and other digital assets.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.

Desirable Skills

• Proven ability to think creatively and deliver creative solutions.
• Passion for marketing, the industry and its trends.
• Ability to follow instructions quickly and efficiently while displaying excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing, SEO and social media management.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
