Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Ideal Profile:

· People with strong motivations to enter recruitment sector and have clear drivers for why this is the career for them.

· Motivated, ambitious and driven individuals who have clear evidence of strong work ethic (e.g., working difficult jobs, long hours, and working alongside studies)

· Academic excellence with strong A-levels / 2:1 or above from a top 40 university.

· Clear history of success outside of academics, a “winners’ mentality” who ideally will have partaken in sports, societies and have hobbies and interests.

· Confident, strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and abilities

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Role:

· Successfully sourcing suitable candidates, through headhunting, cold-calling, LinkedIn and specialised outreach methods.

· Responsible for business development and brining on new clients within the tech field

· Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients both in person and over the phone.

· Managing the entire recruitment process for both candidates and clients, including booking in interviews, passing over feedback, negotiating both fees and salaries and completing up to 4 deals a month.

· Recruiting for multiple tech firms, placing specialist technology individuals.
