Laborer

Labourers required for busy solar project, location:

Manor Farm,

Wainfleet road, Irby in the Marsh,

Skegness, PE24 5AY

• You must be mobile, as there is a lot of walking involved
• You must hold a CSCS card
• Experience is not essential, full training will be provided
• Provide your own safety footwear

This job is a minimum of 5 months, depending on weather. We are the electricians for a major solar farm which is currently being developed in this location. The site is not and will not be powered until the very end however, the day to day risks of working on site still remain.

We are looking for individuals to assist us with the following:

• Pulling cables
• Assisting groundworkers with trenching
• Attaching string cables to mounts
• Organising labels/ Attaching labels
• Working within a team to ensure deadlines are met.

The work in itself is very simple, you do not require tools and do not require any heavy lifting, you will however be required to be on your feet for long periods of time, you will work in teams and supervision will always be on hand, so if you like the outdoors and are happy for the exercise, this may be right up your street.

Pay is monthly, there will be a 10 day probation period prior to the short term contract offer.
